šŸ” WinZone actively monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and will report to authorities where legally required.

1. Our Commitment

WinZone is committed to preventing the platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. We maintain a risk-based AML program aligned with applicable Indian law and RBI/FIU-IND guidance for online gaming platforms.

2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

Before any withdrawal, every user must complete KYC verification, which includes: • Government-issued photo ID (PAN card, Aadhaar) • A bank account or UPI ID in the user's own name • Matching of the deposit and withdrawal account details We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstance.

3. Transaction Monitoring

WinZone monitors deposit and withdrawal patterns for signs of suspicious activity, including: • Rapid deposit-and-withdraw cycles with minimal gameplay • Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds • Use of multiple accounts linked to the same payment instrument or device • Withdrawals to accounts that do not match the depositing account Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily frozen pending review.

4. Source of Funds

For unusually large deposits or withdrawal requests, WinZone reserves the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of funds before processing the transaction.

5. Reporting Obligations

Where required by law, WinZone cooperates with the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND) and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities, including filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) where applicable.

6. Record Keeping

Transaction records, KYC documents, and account activity logs are retained for a minimum of 5 years, or as required by applicable law, to support any regulatory review or investigation.
