2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WinZone will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
• Minimum deposit: ₹100 | Maximum deposit per transaction: ₹50,000 • All deposits are processed via payment gateway • Withdrawals require KYC verification (PAN/Aadhaar) • Withdrawal processing time: 24–72 business hours • Minimum withdrawal: ₹200 | Maximum withdrawal per day: ₹1,00,000 • Bonus balance is non-withdrawable and can only be used for gameplay
5. Bonus & Promotions
• Welcome bonus is credited as "Bonus Balance" and cannot be withdrawn • Bonus balance is consumed first before real wallet balance during gameplay • Winnings from bonus play are credited to real wallet balance • WinZone reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim bonuses at any time • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
6. Fantasy Sports
Fantasy Sports on WinZone is a game of skill. You must research teams and players to create optimal lineups. Entry fees are collected, 50% goes to the prize pool, and remaining covers platform operations. Prize distribution follows the published tier structure. Results are final once officially declared. In case of match cancellation or abandonment, entry fees may be refunded at WinZone's discretion.
7. Casino & Skill Games
Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. All game results are final. WinZone does not manipulate game outcomes. Winnings from casino games are credited directly to your real wallet balance and are withdrawable subject to KYC verification.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools • Colluding with other players • Using multiple accounts • Exploiting bugs or glitches • Money laundering or fraudulent transactions • Sharing account access with others Violation of any prohibition will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
9. KYC & Verification

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount in your wallet at the time of the claim. WinZone is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or third-party service interruptions that may affect gameplay.
11. Governing Law
